秀优57系辽宁省农科院稻作所培育的杂交水稻新品种。该品种根系发达,耐旱性强,株高100厘米左右,叶片挺立稍内卷,主茎16片叶,叶色比黎优57稍浅。穗位略高于剑叶,分蘖力较强。穗长18—20厘米,每穗110—130粒,结实率80％以上,千粒重26—27克。谷粒饱满,颖尖黄色,问稀短芒。生育期160—165天,在京、津、鲁、豫、宁夏等省市栽培则缩短为130—155天。该品种抗穗颈瘟性好于丰锦,为中抗,抗寒等级为3级,抗倒性好于丰锦。米粒腹白较少,外观好。蛋白质含量为8.237％,赖氨酸含量为0.289％,油分2.91％,直链淀粉12—18％,适口性好。1985年被农牧渔业部评为北方优质粳米。

The variety resistant to panicle blast is better than that of Fengjin, which is medium resistant, cold resistant grade is 3, and lodging resistance is better than that of Fengjin. Less white belly white rice, good appearance. The protein content is 8.237%, the lysine content is 0.289%, the oil content is 2.91%, the amylose content is 12-18%, and the palatability is good.
