1990年5月下旬～6月上旬,我们对上海近郊的宝山区大场乡、川沙县六里乡、嘉定县江桥乡和上海县华漕乡、虹桥乡的9个村16块番茄地,进行了番茄病毒病调查,并采集病样,用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA),测定番茄烟草花叶病毒(TMV)、黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)和马铃薯Y病毒(PVy)的侵染程度。
From late May to early June 1990, we investigated 16 tomato fields in 9 villages of Baochang District in Shanghai, Baoli Township in Chuansha County, Jiangqiao Township in Jiading County and Huacao Township and Hongqiao Township in Shanghai Municipality, The tomato virus disease was investigated and the samples were collected. The infection of tomato mosaic virus (TMV), cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) and potato virus Y (PVy) was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) degree.
