2000年以来,中国经济得到飞跃性的发展,建筑企业所面临的经营环境无论是内部或是外部都发生了相当大的转变。市场的繁荣也使得企业间竞争变得更加地激烈,建筑企业为了寻求发展的持续化和稳定性就需要积极地做好企业经营管理战略的规划,明晰企业当下的经营目标、经营环境以及经营管理模式,找准方向,以创新来推动企业经营效益的提升。据此,文章首先说明了建筑在自身经营管理中进行创新的必要性,再根据建筑企业经营管理的特点,制定了建筑企业经营管理创新能力的提升策略。
Since 2000, with the rapid development of China’s economy, the business environment faced by construction enterprises has undergone considerable changes, both internally and externally. The prosperity of the market also makes the competition between enterprises become more intense. In order to seek sustainable development and stability, construction enterprises need to actively plan their business management strategies, clarify the current business objectives, business environment and management of the enterprises Mode, identify the direction of innovation to promote the improvement of business efficiency. Accordingly, the article first illustrates the necessity of building innovation in its own operation and management, and then, according to the characteristics of the operation and management of construction enterprises, formulates the promotion strategies for the innovation ability of operation and management of construction enterprises.
