为探讨不同负荷游泳运动对老年男性骨质疏松的预防作用 ,以 12月龄雄性小鼠 (老龄雄性小鼠 )为研究对象 ,随机分为 5组 :30分组 ;6 0分组 ;6 0分 +负重组 (负重 2 .5 %体重 ) ;实验对照组 ;安静对照组。运动组的运动方式为游泳 ,共训练 8周 ,观察增龄和不同负荷游泳运动对老龄雄性小鼠腰椎骨、股骨骨矿含量、血清性激素 (睾酮T和雌二醇E2 )水平的影响。研究结果表明 ,适宜负荷的游泳运动可使老龄雄性小鼠骨矿含量和血清性激素水平显著增加 ,减缓其伴随增龄而发生的骨丢失和性激素水平下降 ;而且适宜负荷的较大负荷的游泳运动对改善老龄雄性小鼠的骨矿含量、性激素水平更有益。该结果提示 ,游泳是一种适合于老年男性的健身方式 ,适宜负荷的游泳运动可起到预防老年男性骨丢失、骨质疏松的作用 ;此外 ,老年男性在进行游泳锻炼时 ,在锻炼者能够承受的情况下尽量选择适宜于个体自身的较大运动负荷将会使其受益更大
To investigate the preventive effect of different load swimming exercises on senile male osteoporosis, 12-month-old male mice (aged male mice) were randomly divided into five groups: 30 groups, 60 groups, 60 + Weight-bearing group (weight 2.5% body weight); experimental control group; quiet control group.
