通过文献资料调研、访谈、数理统计等方法对重庆市266位中小学体育教师的职业境况进行了实证研究,研究发现:中小学体育教师职业境况分别由职业认同、职业声望、职业组织、职业价值观和从业环境5个层面构成;不同职称、不同性别、不同区域的中小学体育教师在职业声望、职业组织、职业价值等不同维度上都存在显著性差异(p<0.05),在对中小学体育教师职业境况进行讨论的基础上提出相关建议,以改善中小学体育教师的职业环境,加快中小学体育教育的发展.
Through literature research, interviews and mathematical statistics, this study conducts an empirical study on the occupational situation of 266 primary and secondary school PE teachers in Chongqing. The results show that occupational situation of primary and secondary school PE teachers consists of professional identity, professional reputation, professional organization and professional values (P <0.05). There is a significant difference (p <0.05) in the different dimensions of occupational prestige, occupational organization and occupational value among primary and secondary school PE teachers with different professional titles, different genders and different regions. Teacher occupation situation based on the discussion of the relevant recommendations made to improve the professional environment of primary and secondary physical education teachers and accelerate the development of primary and secondary physical education.
