基于群体决策理论和关系人口背景的双重视角下,构建了本研究的理论模型,探讨了科技型企业高管团队(TMT)垂直对差异对创新绩效的影响,并引入行为整合作为调节变量,根据内外两个维度,分为内部行为整合和外部行为整合分别探讨其调节作用。结果表明:科技型企业TMT年龄、教育和任期垂直对差异与创新绩效正相关,内部行为整合和外部行为整合都能够正向调节此关系,并且内部行为整合比外部行为整合的调节作用更强。
Based on the theory of group decision-making and the relational population background, this paper constructs the theoretical model of this study and explores the influence of TMT vertical-to-differences on innovation performance and introduces behavioral integration as a moderator variable Inside and outside the two dimensions, divided into internal behavior integration and external behavior integration, respectively, to explore its regulatory role. The results show that TMT age, education and tenure vertical are positively related to the difference and innovation performance. Both the internal behavior integration and the external behavior integration can positively adjust the relationship, and the internal behavior integration is more effective than the external behavior integration.
