对南京地区6个实际办公类、医院类和住宅类建筑中土壤源热泵系统的运行参数进行一个夏季和冬季的连续测试,从地埋管出水温度和传热热阻2个方面进行分析评价,结果表明:土壤源热泵冬季制热效率高,而夏季制冷效率存在较大差异。多数地埋管初始换热热阻高于钻孔内理想换热热阻,热泵机组的运行管理比较粗放,需要大力提升管理水平。
The operating parameters of ground-source heat pump system in 6 practical offices, hospitals and residential buildings in Nanjing area were tested in summer and winter in succession, and the results were analyzed and evaluated in terms of outlet water temperature and thermal resistance of heat transfer. The results show that the ground source heat pump has a high heating efficiency in winter and a big difference in summer cooling efficiency. Most of the buried pipe initial heat transfer thermal resistance is higher than the ideal thermal resistance within the borehole heat pump operation and management more extensive, need to greatly enhance the management level.
