First, the introduction of E. coli alkaline phosphatase is a non-specific phosphomonoesterase, nucleic acid research is an important tool for enzymes. However, alkaline phosphatase which does not contain a heterozygous enzyme is not easy to obtain, and the yield of the product tends to be lower in order to remove the enzyme after the reaction. Immobilization of enzymes may solve these drawbacks.
