以V、Ti生铁、废钢为主要料,生产试制了QT450-10钒钛球墨铸铁轮毂,并研究了球墨铸铁轮毂金相组织、力学性能及断口形貌等。研究结果表明,严格控制钒钛球墨铸铁化学成分,尤其控制Ti<0.08%,Mn<0.4%,采取合理的球化和孕育处理,石墨球化效果良好;V-Ti球墨铸铁中铁素体含量≥80%,R_m>450 MPa,伸长率A>10%。经930℃退火处理抗拉强度平均达到483 MPa,而伸长率平均为16.8%,伸长率比铸态条件提高35.5%;通过SEM观察,断口的微观形貌由解理断口和准解理断口混合组成,热处理态下断口的微观形貌为具有较好韧性的准解理特征。
Taking V, Ti pig iron and scrap as main materials, QT450-10 vanadium-titanium nodular cast iron wheels were manufactured and the microstructure, mechanical properties and fracture appearance of ductile iron wheels were studied. The results show that the chemical composition of vanadium-titanium nodular cast iron is strictly controlled, in particular, Ti <0.08% and Mn <0.4% are controlled by proper balling and gelation treatment, and the graphite spheroidization effect is good. The ferrite content in V-Ti ductile iron≥ 80%, R_m> 450 MPa, elongation A> 10%. The tensile strength after annealing at 930 ℃ reached an average of 483 MPa, while the elongation averaged 16.8% and the elongation increased by 35.5% compared with the as-cast condition. The microscopic morphology of the fracture was observed by SEM and the results of cleavage fracture and quasi-cleavage Fracture composition, fracture morphology under heat treatment is a good toughness of the characteristics of quasi-cleavage.
