目的:探讨骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗脑梗死及改善患者神经功能的疗效。方法:将38例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗方法,治疗组在此基础上加用自体骨髓间充质干细胞,于治疗3个月后评价患者的神经系统功能和脑灌注量。结果:治疗组明显减少NHISS和BI评分,与对照组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01);在脑灌注量中,治疗组(65.2±16.2)也明显高于对照组(46.2±10.5),两组差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:骨髓间充质干细胞移植方法治疗脑梗死,能提高患者的神经功能和脑灌注量,值得临床应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation in treating cerebral infarction and improving neurological function.
