利福平(RFP)是强烈的杀菌剂,与其它药物配伍的方案治疗麻风少有长期随访的研究。作者在印度马德拉斯结核病研究中心对LL、BL麻风病人用及不用RFP的MDT方案进行对比试治,并随访60个月。选择大于12岁的LLp、LLs及BL病人,BI≥2.5,(Ridley)随机分成有或无REP两组。一、含RFP组(RHCD):包括①RFP12mg/kg/日,②DDS10mg/kg/每周,(20～29kg=RFP300mg,DDS50mg;30～44kg=RFP450mg,DDS75mg;≥45kg=RFP600mgg DDS100mg)③
Rifampicin (RFP) is a potent bactericide that is used in combination with other drugs to treat rare long-term follow-up studies of leprosy. The authors compared the MDT regimen of patients with LL, BL leprosy with and without RFP at the Tuberculosis Center in Madras, India, and were followed up for 60 months. Patients with LLp, LLs, and BL who were older than 12 years of age had a BI ≥2.5 (Ridley) randomized to treatment with or without REP.
