本文采用单向 MLC 方法从不同 H-2单型小鼠品系的多种组合中,建立了 MLR-CML 体外检测模式。实验结果表明:(1)MLC 诱导中的增殖应答和杀伤效应在培养开始后的120小时到达高峰;(2)MLC 中增殖应答和杀伤效应间存在着正相关;(3)诱导的杀伤效应显示出 H-2特异性;(4)体内致敏能增强体外诱导杀伤细胞的效应;(5)所诱导的同种特异性杀伤细胞属于Thy1~+、Lyt2~+(Tc)亚群。
In this paper, a one-way MLC method was used to establish an in vitro detection mode of MLR-CML from various combinations of different H-2 single mouse strains. The experimental results showed that: (1) the proliferative response and killing effect in MLC induction peaked at 120 hours after the initiation of culture; (2) there was a positive correlation between the proliferative response and the killing effect in MLC; (3) the induced killing effect (4) in vivo sensitization can enhance the effect of inducing killer cells in vitro; (5) allotrophic killer cells induced belong to Thy1 ~ +, Lyt2 ~ + (Tc) subsets.
