以连云港市为例,在对港口与城市发展水平综合评价的基础上,结合协调度、静态和动态协调发展度对其港口—城市的协调关系进行分析。结果表明:①连云港市港口与城市的发展水平呈现出逐年上升的趋势,两者的发展趋势具有一致性;②连云港市港—城协调发展度先后经历了濒临失调、勉强协调和基本协调三类,两者协调关系经历了港口滞后型与城市滞后型的交互波动期;③两者的协调关系越来越好,有向协调状态发展的趋势。研究认为港口规模扩大和功能的升级、城市经济结构的变动、腹地经济水平和临近港口的竞争以及港—城的空间联系是影响港—城协调发展的主要因素。最后,根据研究结果提出了发展对策。 Taking Lianyungang as an example, on the basis of the comprehensive evaluation of the development level of ports and cities, the coordination between the port and the city is analyzed according to the coordination, static and dynamic coordinated development.
