目的：用薄层扫描法测定消渴康合剂中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法：样品经硅藻土吸附后，用甲醇等溶剂提取处理，展开后，于λＳ＝５３０ ｎｍ ，λＲ＝ ７００ ｎｍ 处扫描。结果：本法结果稳定、准确、重现性好。平均回收率为９９．１６％ ，ＲＳＤ 为４．４３％ 。结论：可为黄芪的含量测定提供参考。 Objective: To determine the content of astragaloside IV in Xiaokekang mixture by TLC scanning. Methods: The sample was adsorbed on diatomaceous earth and extracted with methanol and other solvents. After unfolding, the sample was scanned at λS=530 nm and λR=700 nm. Results: The results of this method are stable, accurate, and reproducible. The average recovery rate was 99.16% and the RSD was 4.43%. Conclusion: It can provide reference for the determination of Astragalus.
