通过文献分析和实证研究,并对部分教师进行了深度访谈,在此基础上编制了中学教师Anger问卷。通过探索性因素分析,结果表明问卷由主观愤怒、人际愤怒、客观愤怒和特质愤怒四个维度构成。问卷结构清晰,信度和效度较好,可用于对中学教师愤怒的测量。
Through literature analysis and empirical research, some teachers were interviewed in-depth, on this basis, Anger questionnaire for middle school teachers was compiled. Through exploratory factor analysis, the results show that the questionnaire consists of four dimensions: subjective anger, interpersonal anger, objective anger and characteristic anger. The questionnaire has a clear structure, good reliability and validity, which can be used to measure the anger of middle school teachers.
