目的探讨阿莫西林微囊的最佳制备工艺,以扩大阿莫西林的临床应用范围。方法采用复凝聚法制备阿莫西林微囊,通过正交试验,以粉体学中圆整度和产率为指标综合评价制备工艺,筛选最佳工艺条件。结果优选后的阿莫西林微囊的最佳制备工艺条件为:阿拉伯胶-明胶比例为1:0.8,成囊温度为35℃,成囊p H值为5.0,固化剂用量为0.5 g/ml,此时阿莫西林综合评分为50.0分。结论该制备工艺中阿莫西林微囊固化程度较理想,微囊圆整度好、产率高、制备方法简单、微囊粒径较小而均一。
Objective To explore the best preparation process of amoxicillin microcapsules in order to expand the clinical application of amoxicillin. Methods Amoxicillin microcapsules were prepared by complex coacervation. The orthogonal design was used to evaluate the preparation process and the best technological conditions by roundness and yield in powder science. Results The optimized preparation conditions of amoxicillin microcapsules were as follows: the ratio of gum arabic to gelatin was 1: 0.8, the temperature of encapsulation was 35 ℃, the encapsulation p H value was 5.0 and the amount of curing agent was 0.5 g / ml , This time the amoxicillin composite score of 50.0 points. Conclusion The preparation of amoxicillin microcapsules curing degree is ideal, the microcapsule roundness is good, high yield, preparation method is simple, small and uniform microcapsule particle size.
