加强体育法制建设，贯彻实施《体育法》，需要进行完善《体育法》的配套立法。本文从强化立法意识、加强立法领导、明确立法方向、抓紧立法环节、重视机构建设、严格立法程序、加快立法拟制和开展立法研究等方面，对当前我国配套体育立法从思想认识到组织操作的相关对策问题进行了探讨。
To strengthen the construction of sports legal system and implement the “Sports Law”, we need to improve the “Sports Law” supporting legislation. From the aspects of strengthening the awareness of legislation, strengthening the legislative leadership, clarifying the legislative direction, paying close attention to the legislative links, attaching importance to institution building, strictly enforcing the legislative procedure, expediting the legislative formulation and carrying out the legislative research, this article analyzes the current legislation of supporting sports in our country from ideological understanding to organizational operation Relevant countermeasures were discussed.
