采用培养试验、盆栽、田间试验与室内分析相结合的方法,探讨克百威肥料颗粒剂对玉米固氮作用的影响。结果表明,不论种植玉米与否,克百威和磷钾均有促进固氮的功效,而以克百威肥料混剂的效果最佳,比对照增加氮素75~297mg/kg;克百威对玉米的生长、吸氮量及土壤固氮有显著正效应,作用强度明显大于磷钾,并与磷有正交互效应;克百威肥料颗粒剂促进固氮的机理在于提高固氮酶活性与促进固氮菌生长
The effects of carbofuran fertilizer granules on nitrogen fixation of maize were studied by means of culture experiment, pot experiment, field experiment and laboratory analysis. The results showed that both plant and potash could promote the efficiency of nitrogen fixation regardless of the planting of corn, while the best effect was obtained with the combination of carbofuran fertilizer and 75 to 297 mg / kg of nitrogen than the control. The growth of maize, nitrogen uptake and soil nitrogen fixation have a significant positive effect, the role of strength was significantly greater than phosphorus and potassium, and phosphorus interaction have an orthogonal effect; carbofuran fertilizer granules to promote nitrogen fixation mechanism is to improve nitrogenase activity and promote nitrogen-fixing bacteria growth
