广布疲劳损伤是老龄飞机结构中存在的一种损伤,直接影响到飞机的安全性和可靠性,它的特征是飞机的多个部位存在疲劳裂纹损伤或构件上同时存在多个疲劳裂纹损伤。这些裂纹一旦发生聚合和连通,结构剩余强度就会急剧降低,从而发生灾难性的事故。以美国FAA为代表的国际当局也一直在寻求避免民机发生由广布疲劳损伤导致的事故的方法,在经过多年的研究后,FAA发布了相关文件,对现行规章及指导材料进行了修正,明确了民机验证广布疲劳损伤问题的方法。本文参照文件介绍避免广布疲劳损伤发生的方法及对民机设计与验证的影响。
The widespread fatigue damage is a kind of damage existing in the structure of the aging aircraft, which directly affects the safety and reliability of the aircraft. It is characterized by fatigue crack damage in multiple parts of the aircraft or multiple fatigue crack damage simultaneously on the component. Once these cracks are polymerized and connected, the residual strength of the structure drops sharply, causing a catastrophic accident. International authorities represented by the FAA of the United States have also been seeking ways to avoid accidents caused by extensive fatigue damage on civilian aircraft. After years of research, the FAA released relevant documents and amended the current regulations and guidance materials. The method of civil aircraft verification of widespread fatigue damage was clarified. This paper refers to the document to avoid widespread fatigue damage methods and the impact of civil aircraft design and verification.
