应用雌激素受体阳性的人乳腺癌细胞株(MCF7细胞),在体外培养条件下,观察三苯氧胺(TAM)和重组人白细胞介素6(IL6)对该细胞凋亡的影响。样品经碘化丙啶(PI)染色后用EPICSELITE流式细胞仪测定并分析。结果表明,TAM和IL6皆可诱导MCF7细胞凋亡,与对照组相比具显著性差异(P<0.01)。若将TAM和IL6联合应用,其诱导MCF7细胞凋亡数明显上升,与单药应用比较具非常显著性差异(P<0.01),提示2药合用的效果不是简单的加成而是协同作用。
Using estrogen receptor-positive human breast cancer cell lines (MCF-7 cells), we observed the effects of tamoxifen (TAM) and recombinant human interleukin-6 (IL-6) on apoptosis in vitro. . Samples were stained with propidium iodide (PI) and analyzed by EPICS ELITE flow cytometry. The results showed that both TAM and IL-6 could induce apoptosis of MCF-7 cells, which was significantly different from the control group (P<0.01).
