本文分析了党参对油酸型大鼠RDS肺泡─动脉血氧差[P(A-)DO2]变化的影响并观察了其气─血屏障的超微结构的变化。结果表明,党参能使油酸型大鼠RDS肺泡─动脉血氧分压差[P(A-a)DO2]减小,维持肺有效的摄氧功能;能保护大鼠肺泡上皮细胞和毛细血管内皮细胞,使气体通过气─血屏障的弥散基本正常。本文为党参治疗RDS进一步提供了理论依据。
This article analyzed the effects of Dangshen on changes of alveolar-arterial blood oxygen difference [P(A-)DO2] in oleic acid rat RDS and observed the ultrastructural changes of its gas-blood barrier. The results showed that Codonopsis can reduce the O2 alveolar-arterial oxygen partial pressure difference [P(A-a)DO2] in oleate-induced rat RDS and maintain the lung’s effective oxygen uptake function; it can protect rat alveolar epithelial cells and capillaries. Endothelial cells, the diffusion of gas through the gas-blood barrier is almost normal. This article provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of RDS by Codonopsis.
