工程机械行业近五年经历了连续下滑,用户对产品要求不断提高,市场竞争更加激烈;用户对维修服务、配件供应、租赁及二手设备等“后市场”服务的需求越来越强。行业竞争的激烈,使得很多工程机械产品趋于同质化。产品表面上的优势越来越不明显,就使得产品服务的重要性逐渐突出。又该如何发展后市场?要发展后市场就离不开专业的维修服务和配件销售。
