煤系地层属隧道施工中的不良地质,施工过程中除面临瓦斯燃烧、瓦斯爆炸、煤与瓦斯突出等高风险外,其围岩大变形问题也极为突出。通过对晴兴高速公路工程典型煤系软弱地层隧道—四官寨隧道围岩变形与支护受力进行现场测试,进而在实测数据基础上,系统分析了煤系地层隧道支护结构体系的稳定性,探讨了应对围岩大变形的措施,总结了典型煤系地层软弱围岩及支护结构的受力与变形特点,为今后类似工程提供有益的参考。
Coal-bearing strata are bad geology in the tunnel construction. In addition to the high risk of gas combustion, gas explosion, coal and gas outburst during construction, the large deformation of surrounding rock is also very prominent. Through on-site testing of the surrounding rock deformation and supporting force of the typical coal measures weak strata tunnel of Qingxing-Hing Expressway project, and on the basis of the measured data, the stability of tunnel supporting structure system of coal measures strata is systematically analyzed The measures to deal with large deformation of surrounding rock are discussed. The stress and deformation characteristics of soft surrounding rock and supporting structure of typical coal measures strata are summarized, which will provide useful reference for similar projects in the future.
