为了探讨生长抑素(SS)是否参与了HIE的病理生理,我们使用放射免疫法测定了44例HIE组新生儿血浆和脑脊液中SS,结果显示HIE组明显低于对照组和单纯窒息组。并发现临床表现愈重,血浆和脑脊液中SS含量愈低。提示:血浆和脑脊液中SS降低可能在HIE的病理生理机制中起一定作用。由于SS可抑制氧自由基的产生和Ca2+内流,因而SS参与或加重了HIE的发病过程。本研究为SMS201-995治疗HIE提供了初步的依据。
In order to investigate whether somatostatin (SS) is involved in the pathophysiology of HIE, radioimmunoassay was used to determine SS in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid of 44 neonates with HIE. The results showed that the HIE group was significantly lower than the control group and the simple asphyxia group. And found that the more serious clinical manifestations, lower plasma and cerebrospinal fluid SS content. It is suggested that the decrease of SS in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid may play a role in the pathophysiological mechanism of HIE. Because SS can inhibit the generation of oxygen free radicals and Ca2 + influx, SS participates in or aggravates the pathogenesis of HIE. This study provides a preliminary basis for the treatment of HIE by SMS201-995.
