实验研究了竹片硫酸盐法蒸煮中绿氧用量时成浆卡伯值、白度、粘度、得率、脱木素选择性、黑液残碱和浆张物理性能的影响。结果表明,绿氧用量为0.30%时,纸浆的卡伯值15.4,白度32.6%ISO,浆粘度1087mL·g~(-1),得率49.4%,脱木素选择性70.6,且浆张物理性能较好。
The effects of the amount of green and oxygen in bamboo kraft cooking on the kappa number, whiteness, viscosity, yield, delignification selectivity, black liquor residue removal and pulp physical properties were studied experimentally. The results showed that the Kappa number was 15.4, the brightness was 32.6%, the pulp viscosity was 1087 mL · g -1, the yield was 49.4%, the delignification selectivity was 70.6 and the pulp was 0.30% Physical properties better.
