目的分析影响飞行员体格检查鉴定暂不合格的疾病谱。方法收集近5年飞行人员体格检查鉴定资料进行统计分析。结果飞行员体格检查鉴定暂不合格以2006、2007年居多(13.90%、12.08%),与2009、2010年比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。体格检查鉴定暂不合格者的年龄以20～29岁组居多(8.54%)。影响飞行员体格检查鉴定暂不合格相关专科依次为内科、耳鼻咽喉科、外科、眼科、精神科等,以内科最突出,与其他各专科比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。疾病谱分析以单纯性血清胆红素增高(40.91%)较突出。结论内科疾病仍是飞行暂不合格的重要原因,并且以年轻者居多,但近2年有下降趋势。
Objective To analyze the disease spectrum that affects the unqualified pilots physical examination and identification. Methods The physical examination data of pilots collected during the past five years were collected for statistical analysis. Results The pilots failed to pass the medical examination in 2006 and 2007 (13.90% and 12.08%, respectively), which was significantly different from 2009 and 2010 (P <0.01). Conclusions Medical diseases are still the main reason for the temporary unacceptable flight, and most of them are young people. However, there is a downward trend in the past two years.
