介绍防老剂RD的反应机理及防老剂RD主要的合成方法,如一步合成法、无溶剂一步合成法、二步合成法和二步合成改进法。对国内防老剂RD的工业技术现状和产品质量进行剖析,认为二步合成改进法是迄今为止的最佳工艺路线。通过液相色谱、核磁共振、红外光谱对用二步合成改进法生产的高有效成分含量防老剂RD和普通防老剂RD以及国外同类产品进行比较。
The reaction mechanism of antioxidant RD and the main synthetic methods of antioxidant RD are introduced, such as one-step synthesis method, solventless one-step synthesis method, two-step synthesis method and two-step synthesis improvement method. Analyzed the status quo of industrial technology and product quality of domestic antioxidant RD and concluded that the two-step synthesis and improvement method is by far the best process route. By using liquid chromatography, nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectroscopy, the content of active ingredient RD, which is produced by the two-step synthesis and improvement method, is compared with RD, ordinary antioxidant and similar foreign products.
