肾病综合征是一种常见的肾脏疾病 ,绝大多数对激素治疗敏感 ,但缓解后常会复发。据文献报道 :肾病综合征(ＮＳ)在首次激素治疗完全缓解后约 31%～ 76 %的病人会复发〔1〕。为寻找减少肾病复发的有效治疗方法 ,我们应用黄芪配合激素治疗ＵＲＮＳ获得较好的疗效 ,现报道如下。资 Nephrotic syndrome is a common kidney disease, the vast majority of hormone therapy is sensitive, but often relapse after remission. It has been reported in the literature that nephrotic syndrome (NS) will relapse in about 31% to 76% of patients after the first complete remission of hormone therapy [1]. To find an effective treatment to reduce the recurrence of renal disease, we use Astragalus with hormone treatment of URNS get better curative effect, are reported below. Capital
