采用微束等离子弧焊设备对0.7 mm厚1r18Ni9Ti不锈钢薄板实施焊接,并针对获得的焊接接头的表观质量、显微组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,等离子弧焊接试样的热影响区宽约0.34mm,热影响区等轴晶粒尺寸相对细小,直径为10~40μm;焊缝区组织由柱状晶和等轴晶粒组成,柱状晶平均宽50~80μm,生长方向垂直于焊缝;进入焊缝中心区域发生了等轴晶形核与长大,等轴晶粒相对粗大,直径为100-200μm。焊接接头的硬度分布曲线呈马鞍形,焊缝区硬度略低于母材,热影响区的硬度最低。焊接接头的抗拉强度能够满足使用要求。
The micro-beam plasma arc welding equipment was used to weld the 0.7 mm thick 1r18Ni9Ti stainless steel sheet, and the apparent quality, microstructure and mechanical properties of the obtained welded joint were studied. The results show that the heat affected zone of plasma arc welding is about 0.34mm wide and the equiaxed grain size in the heat affected zone is relatively small with a diameter of 10 ~ 40μm. The microstructure of weld zone consists of columnar and equiaxed grains, The average width of 50 ~ 80μm, growth direction perpendicular to the weld; into the center of the weld occurred equiaxed nuclei and growth, equiaxed grains are relatively coarse, the diameter of 100-200μm. The hardness distribution curve of the welded joint is saddle-shaped, the hardness of the weld zone is slightly lower than the base metal, and the hardness of the heat-affected zone is the lowest. Tensile strength welded joints to meet the requirements.
