为了研究城市轨道车辆的牵引特性,建立了车辆的负载阻力、负载转矩、牵引电机等效转动惯量的数学模型,建立了缩小比例的牵引电机加载试验系统.该系统由牵引电机、惯性飞轮、负载电机、数据采集卡和变频器等组成,应用LabVIEW软件编写了集电机控制和实时信号采集功能为一体的软件程序.试验结果表明,所设计的系统能够准确模拟列车实际运行工况.
In order to study the traction characteristics of urban rail vehicles, a mathematical model of load resistance, load torque and equivalent moment of inertia of traction motor was established and a reduced-scale traction motor loading test system was established.The traction motor, flywheel, Load motor, data acquisition card and frequency converter and so on.It uses software of LabVIEW to write a software program integrating motor control with real-time signal acquisition function.The experimental results show that the designed system can accurately simulate the actual operating conditions of the train.
