最近Mandava和Ido对不同类型的逆流色谱原理及其优点作了概述。实际上,这些方法都是采用互不混溶的两相溶剂的逆流分布法(CCD)。本文介绍使用三种不混溶液相的多相萃取法。主要分为两种:有两个固定相与一个流动相或者有一个固定相与二个流动相。后者呈微滴状态的两个流动相既可同向又可反向流动。反向流动的方式无疑是CCD。多相萃取可用于植物粗提取物的部位分离。
Recently, Mandava and Ido outlined different types of countercurrent chromatography principles and their advantages. In fact, these methods are countercurrent distribution (CCD) using immiscible two-phase solvents. This article describes a multiphase extraction method using three immiscible liquid phases. There are two main types: two stationary phases and one mobile phase or one stationary phase and two mobile phases. The latter two droplets in a droplet state can flow both in the same direction and in the opposite direction. Reverse flow is undoubtedly the way CCD. Multiphase extraction can be used for the site separation of crude plant extracts.
