近几年来,商法学成为一个热门学科,广大莘莘学子纷纷报考此类专业。鉴于商法学实践性和理论性强的特征,对教学方法的要求也相对较高。合作式案例拟题教学法,是一种系统性的教学方法,目前,已经被广泛应用于商法学教学。本文现就此教学方法的概念、目的和理论依据进行阐述,提出了实际应用方法,最后对应用价值进行总结。 In recent years, commercial law has become a popular discipline, the majority of students have applied for such major. Due to the practicality and strong theoretical features of commercial law, the requirements for teaching methods are relatively high. Cooperative case-based teaching method, is a systematic teaching methods, at present, has been widely used in business law teaching. This article is on the teaching methods of the concept, purpose and theoretical basis for elaboration, put forward the practical application method, and finally concluded the value of the application.
