目的:观察四君子汤合用干扰素(LFN-γ)对荷瘤小鼠抑瘤率和免疫调节作用的影响。方法:建立小鼠HepA和S180肉瘤动物模型,随机分为对照组、环磷酰胺(CTX)组、四君子汤组、IFN-γ组、四君子汤合用WN-γ组,另设正常对照组。连续用药10天,计算抑瘤率,取脾脏测定免疫功能。结果:四君子汤与IFN-γ合用、四君子汤、IFN-γ均可以提高荷瘤小鼠抑瘤率,提高T淋巴细胞的转化率,增加IFN活性和IL-2、NK细胞活性。结论:四君子汤与IFN-γ合用对免疫调节作用有着明显影响,并可提高抑瘤率。
Objective: To observe the effects of Sijunzi Decoction combined with interferon (LFN-γ) on tumor inhibition rate and immunoregulatory effect in tumor-bearing mice. Methods: Animal models of mouse HepA and S180 sarcoma were established and randomly divided into control group, cyclophosphamide (CTX) group, Sijunzitang group, IFN-γ group and Sijunzitang group with WN-γ group, and another normal control group. Continuous medication for 10 days, calculate the inhibition rate, take the spleen to measure the immune function. Results: Sijunzi Decoction combined with IFN-γ, Sijunzi Decoction and IFN-γ could increase tumor inhibition rate, increase T lymphocyte transformation rate, increase IFN activity and IL-2 and NK cell activity. Conclusion: Sijunzi Decoction combined with IFN-γ has a significant effect on immune regulation, and can improve tumor inhibition rate.
