本文通过对中国18家数据新闻团队的半结构化深度访谈和对6个代表性数据新闻专栏的内容分析,研究中国数据新闻的发展现状、问题与趋势。研究发现,截至2015年12月底,数据新闻生产主体已非常多元,主要存在六种生产协作机制。不同团队规模差异较大,但岗位设置普遍缺乏数据分析师和工程师。数据新闻主要的商业模式是传统的广告模式,但一些团队正向提供数据产品、数据咨询的方向尝试。本研究认为,数据新闻作为新闻生产的一套方法论,未来将逐渐普及化和日常化,成为数据时代新闻记者不可或缺的专业能力。
This paper studies the status quo, problems and trends of China’s data news through the semi-structured and in-depth interviews with 18 data news teams in China and the content analysis of news columns of 6 representative data. The study found that as of the end of December 2015, the main body of data news production has been very diverse. There are mainly six production coordination mechanisms. Different teams vary greatly in size, but job settings generally lack data analysts and engineers. Data News The main business model is the traditional advertising model, but some teams are trying to provide data products and data consulting. This study argues that data news, as a set of methodology for news production, will become more and more popular and daily in the future and become an indispensable professional capability for journalists in the data age.
