目的:探讨口服雷公藤多甙治疗大鼠类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arithritis,RA)的效果及对其细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:通过建立大鼠类风湿性关节炎模型,测定正常对照组、模型组、雷公藤治疗组大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及细胞因子,观察其变化。结果:与正常组对照组相比,模型组大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+)数量明显降低,致炎因子数量明显升高(P<0.05);而雷公藤治疗组无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:T淋巴细胞亚群及细胞因子异常在RA发病及免疫调节过程中起着重要作用,而雷公藤通过恢复T淋巴细胞亚群细胞免疫功能及降低致炎细胞因子发挥抗炎作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of oral administration of tripterygium glycosides on rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and its effect on cellular immune function. Methods: The rat model of rheumatoid arthritis was established, and the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and cytokines in peripheral blood of normal control group, model group and tripterygium wilfordii treated group were observed. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the number of T lymphocyte subsets (CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 +) in the model group was significantly decreased and the number of inflammatory cytokines was significantly increased (P <0.05) No significant change (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: T-lymphocyte subsets and cytokines play an important role in the pathogenesis of RA and immune regulation. Tripterygium wilfordii plays an anti-inflammatory role by restoring the cellular immune function and decreasing the inflammatory cytokines in T lymphocyte subsets.
