研究了2~6a生楸树气孔的数量、大小、分布、开闭节律及影响开闭的因素。测定气孔与生长的相关性,建立了树高、胸径、单株材积3个生长系列与每mm ̄2气孔数、气孔开放率、气孔开放数、单叶气孔开放数、气孔开放面积、单叶气孔开放面积等7个变量的关系的线性回归方程。提出气孔开放率60%以上,每mm ̄2气孔开放数280个以上,单叶气孔开放数20万个以上,可作为楸树优良无性系早期选择指标之一。
The number, size, distribution, opening and closing rhythms and the factors affecting the opening and closing of stomatal conductance of 2 ~ 6a trees were studied. The correlation between stomatal and growth was established. Three growth series with per unit volume of stomata and three stomata per plant were established. The stomatal opening rate, number of stomatal opening, number of stomatal opening, stomatal opening area, Stomatal opening area and other seven variables of the relationship between the linear regression equation. It is suggested that the stomatal opening rate is more than 60%, more than 280 stomatal openings per mm ~ 2 and stomatal opening more than 200,000, which can be used as one of the early selection indexes of Catalpa bungei elite clones.
