我国医疗卫生事业单位人事制度改革是在用人双轨制的背景下展开的,关于事业单位聘用关系的法律适用问题颇有争议,本文对聘用制改革的法律依据进行了深入分析,并针对如何推进人事聘用制度改革提出了一些可行性的建议。
The reform of personnel system in medical and health institutions in our country is carried out in the context of employing dual-track system. The issue of the legal application of the employment relationship in public institutions is quite controversial. This paper analyzes the legal basis of the reform of employment system, and analyzes how to promote the employment of personnel System reform put forward some feasible suggestions.
