本文解绍了机床主轴回转误差运动在线测量法对数字信号处理的基本要求和程序框图,对程序中的若干处理技术作了阐述。并通过讨论数据的假设检验认为:机床主轴回转误差运动在一定条件下是一各态历经的平稳随机过程,近似服从正态分布。文章还对程序的误差源作了分析并给出了程序可靠性检验的结论。
This paper introduces the basic requirements and block diagram of the digital signal processing method of on-line measurement of the rotary error motion of the spindle of the machine tool, and elaborates some processing techniques in the program. And by discussing the hypothesis testing of data, it is considered that the rotation error motion of the spindle of the machine tool under certain conditions is a stationary stochastic process with various states going through, which is approximately obey normal distribution. The article also analyzes the error source of the program and gives the conclusion of program reliability test.
