血管生成对肿瘤的生长、转移起着关键性的作用。肿瘤血管生成抑制剂与化疗药物相比有明显的优点。胶质瘤是颅内最常见的恶性实体肿瘤,具有丰富的血管,是一种理想的抗血管生成治疗的对象。目前已用于治疗胶质瘤的肿瘤血管生成抑制剂有20余种,按其作用机制的不同可分为五类,各自有优缺点及副作用。
Angiogenesis plays a crucial role in tumor growth and metastasis. Tumor angiogenesis inhibitors have obvious advantages over chemotherapy drugs. Glioma is the most common intracranial malignant solid tumor, with rich blood vessels, is an ideal anti-angiogenic therapy. At present, there are more than 20 tumor angiogenesis inhibitors which have been used to treat glioma. According to the mechanism of action, they can be divided into five categories, each having advantages, disadvantages and side effects.
