微量钒对超低碳BH钢退火再结晶动力学和组织的影响

对添加微量钒的含钛超低碳烘烤硬化钢再结晶动力学和组织进行了研究。结果表明,加钒缩短了再结晶转变过程,同时降低了退火温度对再结晶转变曲线的影响且细化晶粒。添加钒元素使再结晶激活能Q值显著降低,表明含钒钢可降低再结晶退火温度,有节能降耗意义。此外加钒对热轧组织和再结晶组织均有良好影响。
