本文着重探讨型砂静压造型应力场的分布,既做了实际测定,也做了有限元分析,两者在一定程度上、一定范围内有较好的吻合。作为力学分析必不可少的基础工作,还测定了型砂压缩过程中的本构关系和砂体与边界的摩擦系数。可能由于型砂这种材料的特殊性,目前尚未见到针对型砂造型应力场进行有限元分析的报导,本文可以算做一种利用通用软件将有限元方法用于分析型砂应力场的尝试,期望能起到抛砖引玉的作用.
This paper focuses on the distribution of the static stress of the moulding sand, which is not only the actual measurement but also the finite element analysis. The two are in good agreement with each other in a certain extent. As an essential foundation for mechanical analysis, the constitutive relationship and the friction coefficient between the sand body and the boundary are also determined during the compression of the sand. Due to the particularity of the sand molding material, no report on the finite element analysis of the molding sand stress field has yet been seen. This paper can be used as an attempt to use finite element method to analyze the sand stress field using universal software. Play a role in attracting jade.
