为研究发动机的燃烧和排放形成,研制了一种多功能可视化摄影用的动态燃烧装置。该装置主要包括:摄影用发动机、光路系统、供油系统、起动装置、同步控制和采样系统及高速数码摄影系统;具有使用、维护简单,成像清晰的特点。使用情况、拍摄图像和测得的示功图表明,该装置是研究发动机喷雾和燃烧的一种先进工具。
In order to study the combustion and emission of engine, a dynamic combustion device for multi-functional visual photography was developed. The device mainly comprises a photographing engine, an optical system, an oil supply system, a starting device, a synchronous control and sampling system and a high-speed digital photographing system; the utility model has the advantages of simple use, simple maintenance and clear imaging. Usage, taking images and measuring the dynamometer show that the device is an advanced tool for studying engine spray and combustion.
