目的建立青天葵中鼠李柠檬素与鼠李秦素的定量测定方法。方法运用HPLC法测定,色谱柱为Inert-sil ODS-3 C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸水溶液(63∶37),体积流量:1.0mL/min,检测波长:368nm,柱温:40℃。结果鼠李柠檬素在0.2~0.7μg线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.04%,RSD为1.35%(n=6)。鼠李秦素在2.8~9.8μg线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.26%,RSD为0.78%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,可作为青天葵药材的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a method for the quantitative determination of lirein and rhamnoides in the sunflower. The HPLC method was used. The chromatographic column was Inert-sil ODS-3 C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (63:37). The volume flow rate was 1.0 mL / : 368 nm, column temperature: 40 ° C. Results The linear relationship between rhamnolide and 0.2 ~ 0.7μg was good (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 100.04%. The RSD was 1.35% (n = 6). There was a good linear relationship (r = 0.9999) between rhamnoside and berberine at 2.8 ~ 9.8μg with an average recovery of 100.26% and a RSD of 0.78% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used as a quality control method for the sunflower.
