增强电大远程开放教育的开放性、灵活性和多样性,提高为建设学习型社会服务的能力,发挥电大在终身教育体系构建和学习型社会建设中的骨干力量,促进电大内涵建设和持续发展,就必须激发、引导和充分发挥一线教师和管理人员的积极性与创造性,切实提升他们的能力和水平。教学反思作为教师专业发展和自我成长的核心因素,对于促进教师于实践中主动发现、提出、研究和解决问题,不断提高自身能力,无疑是颇具积极意义的有效方式。2008年9月至2009年6月,中央电大会同本刊,面向全国各级电大承担开放教育教学和教学管理工作的专兼职教师及教学管理人员,举办了第二届广播电视大学教师教学反思征文活动。本次征文,要求教师及管理人员立足于远程开放教育教学改革中的探索与实践,以教学和教学管理实践为思考对象,一事一议,对自己的教学设计、教学行为、教学效果和规范管理、制度建设、管理效能等方面的创造性探索进行审视和分析。这些教学反思征文虽然都不是长篇大论,但蕴于其中的鲜活的实践、创新的经验和对成败得失的审视与分析,可能对远程教育从业者更深入地梳理、研究和解决相关问题,具有特殊的参考借鉴价值。本刊将从本次征文中陆续选登一些佳作,以飨读者。
