目的观察胸部适形放疗与胸部常规放疗对心肌酶和心电图的改变对比探讨胸部放疗对心脏的影响。方法60例行胸部放疗的病人随机分为2组,在治疗前中后行血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、磷酸激酶(CK)、磷酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)及心电图(ECG)或动态心电图(DCG)检查对比。结果心肌酶、心电图在放疗前中后及在适形放疗和常规放疗中均表现出差异,磷酸激酶(CK)、磷酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)变化相对敏感,心电图表现中ST-T改变最为明显,占所有病例的28.83%。结论适形放疗较常规放疗对心脏有较好的保护,磷酸激酶(CK)、磷酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)及心电图(ECG)可以作为心肌损伤的观察指标。
Objective To compare the changes of myocardial enzymes and electrocardiogram (ECG) between chest conformal radiotherapy and chest radiotherapy and to explore the influence of chest radiotherapy on the heart. Methods Sixty patients undergoing chest radiotherapy were randomly divided into two groups. Serum levels of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), phosphokinase (CK), and kinase-MB ) And electrocardiogram (ECG) or ambulatory electrocardiogram (DCG) examination contrast. Results Myocardial enzymes, ECG before and after radiotherapy and in conformal radiotherapy and conventional radiotherapy showed differences in the changes of phosphokinase (CK), phosphoenolpyruvate kinase (CK-MB) was relatively sensitive to the performance of ECG ST-T The most obvious change, accounting for 28.83% of all cases. Conclusions Conformal radiotherapy can protect the heart more than conventional radiotherapy. CK, MB-MB and ECG can be used as the indicators of myocardial injury.
