鼻用型4价流感活疫苗FluMistQuadrivalent是在3价流感活疫苗FluMist基础上加入另一种乙型流感病毒株组合而成。2012年2月29日,美国FDA批准其用于预防2～49岁人群的季节性流行性感冒。文中对其非临床毒理学研究、药效学、临床研究、药物相互作用以及禁忌症等作一综述。
The nasal 4-valent flu vaccine FluMist® Quadrivalent is a combination of another influenza B virus strain based on FluMist, a 3-valent flu vaccine. February 29, 2012, the United States FDA approved its use for the prevention of seasonal influenza in people aged 2 to 49. In this paper, its non-clinical toxicology research, pharmacodynamics, clinical research, drug interactions and contraindications are reviewed.
