目的探讨细胞毒T淋巴细胞相关蛋白4(CTLA4)等位基因多态性与非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)易感性的关系。方法计算机检索Pub Med、MEDLINE、中国知网、万方及维普等数据库,收集1990-01-01/2016-05-25期间CTLA4基因多态性与NHL易感性关系的研究资料。采用SATA(v12.0)软件进行meta分析,计算比值比(OR)及其95%可信区间(CI)并行敏感性分析和发表偏倚评估。结果共纳入6项研究,涉及CTLA4+49A/G、-318T/C、CT60 A/G 3个等位基因,NHL患者803例,对照共1254例。这3个等位基因多态性与NHL的易感性无相关性(PZ>0.05或95%CI包含1)。在CTLA4+49A/G基因多态性的亚组分析中却发现携带AA是HNL混合型的危险因素(AA vs GG:OR=4.181,95%CI:1.362~12.833;AA+AG vs GG:OR=3.217,95%CI:1.055~9.810;AA vs AG+GG:OR=2.827,95%CI:1.345~5.940),然而在B细胞淋巴瘤中是保护因素(AA vs GG:OR=0.465,95%CI:0.251~0.863;AA vs AG+GG:OR=0.534,95%CI:0.362~0.788);携带AA也是意大利人的危险因素(AA vs GG:OR=4.181,95%CI:1.362~12.833;AA+AG vs GG:OR=3.217,95%CI:1.055~9.810;AA vs AG+GG:OR=2.827,95%CI:1.345~5.940),但在中国人中是保护因素(AA vs GG:OR=0.643,95%CI:0.417~0.992;AA vs AG+GG:OR=0.601,95%CI:0.395~0.913)。结论 CTLA4+49A/G、-318T/C、CT60 A/G3个等位基因多态性与NHL易感性无明显关联性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of cytotoxic T lymphocyte associated protein 4 (CTLA4) and the susceptibility to non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL). Methods The databases of Pub Med, MEDLINE, CNKI, Wanfang and VIP were searched by computer. The data of the relationship between CTLA4 gene polymorphisms and susceptibility to NHL were collected from January 1990 to January 2016. Meta-analysis was performed using SATA (v12.0) software to calculate the odds ratio (OR) and its 95% confidence interval (CI) parallel sensitivity analysis and publication bias assessment. Results A total of 6 studies were included involving 3 alleles of CTLA4 + 49A / G, -318T / C and CT60 A / G, 803 patients with NHL and 1254 controls. None of the three alleles were associated with susceptibility to NHL (PZ> 0.05 or 95% CI included). A subgroup analysis of the polymorphisms in the CTLA4 + 49A / G gene revealed that AA was a risk factor for HNL mixed (AA vs GG: OR = 4.181, 95% CI: 1.362-12.833; AA + AG vs GG: OR = 3.217, 95% CI: 1.055-9.810; AA vs. AG + GG: OR = 2.827,95% CI: 1.345-5.940), whereas it was a protective factor in B cell lymphoma (AA vs. GG: OR = 0.465, 95 AA vs GG: OR = 4.181, 95% CI: 1.362 to 12.833, respectively); AA vs AGGG: OR = 0.534, 95% CI: 0.362 to 0.788); AA was also a risk factor for Italians ; AA + AG vs GG: OR = 3.217, 95% CI: 1.055-9.810; AA vs AG + GG: OR = 2.827,95% CI: 1.345-5.940) but was a protective factor in Chinese : OR = 0.643, 95% CI: 0.417-0.992; AA vs. AG + GG: OR = 0.601, 95% CI: 0.395-0.913). Conclusion There are no significant correlations between polymorphisms of CTLA4 + 49A / G, -318T / C and CT60 A / G alleles and NHL susceptibility.
