目的研究DMA80直接测汞仪方法测定碘伏中总汞,通过与国标方法比较验证结果的可靠性。方法采用测汞仪直接进样和原子荧光光谱法两种方法对碘伏中的总汞进行测定。结果测汞仪测定碘伏中总汞的结果与原子荧光法测定结果一致,与现有国标原子荧光法对比,测定结果无显著性差异;对6份样品进行精密度实验,RSD<5%,两种不同浓度加标回收率为93.03%~107.13%,RSD<5.0%,最低检出限为0.0021 ng。结论测汞仪直接进样测定碘伏中总汞的方法具有准确、快速、无环境污染等优点,方法具有可推广性。
Objective To study the method of DMA80 direct mercury detector for the determination of total mercury in iodophor. The reliability of the results was verified by comparison with the national standard method. Methods The total mercury in iodophor was determined by direct mercury injection and atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The results of mercury determination for total mercury in iodophor were consistent with those obtained by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Compared with the existing national standard atomic fluorescence spectrometry, the results showed no significant difference. The precision of 6 samples was tested with RSD <5% The spiked recoveries of two different concentrations were 93.03% ~ 107.13%, RSD <5.0%, and the lowest detection limit was 0.0021 ng. Conclusion The method of direct injection of mercury analyzer for determination of total mercury in iodophor has the advantages of accuracy, rapidity, and no environmental pollution. The method is generalizable.
