根据高稳定性Ni基热电偶电极合金加热试验的重复性能,得到较合适的正负极合金的化学成份.探讨了加工工艺对热电势稳定性的影响。试验结果表明,该电极合金的热电势长期稳定性优于K型热电偶。文中列出了φ0.5mm、φ0.3mm的偶丝在500℃、400℃的空气中加热1000h的热电势变化的大小和方向。正负极配对的热电势变化仅±0.5℃。
The chemical compositions of the positive and negative alloys were obtained according to the repeatability of high temperature Ni-based thermocouple electrode alloy heating test, and the influence of processing technology on the thermoelectric potential stability was discussed. The experimental results show that the thermoelectric power of the electrode alloy has better long-term stability than the K type thermocouple. The paper lists the size and direction of the change of thermoelectric power when the diameter of φ0.5mm and φ0.3mm is heated in air of 500 ℃ and 400 ℃ for 1000h. Positive and negative thermocouple pairing changes only ± 0.5 ℃.
