目的:建立排石康颗粒中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Eclipse XDB-C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(11:89),流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长为327nm。结果:绿原酸在2.44~39.00μg·ml~(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为98.94%,RSD=1.90%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于排石康颗粒剂中绿原酸的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Paishikan granules. Method: The column was an Eclipse XDB-C_(18) column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (11:89). The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1. The wavelength is 327 nm. Results: Chlorogenic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 2.44-39.00 μg·ml -1 , r=0.999 8, the average recovery was 98.94%, and RSD was 1.90% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate. It can be used to control the quality of chlorogenic acid in Paishikan granules.
